Workshops for self-leadership development
I design and develop training labs, with the active methodologies of
self empowerment, aimed at exploring and using one’s own resources, at
developing leadership in order to achieve one’s personal and professional
growth objectives. I run development paths that take gender differences into
consideration and are specifically aimed at women and their change and
empowerment projects. I second entrepreneurs in the development and deployment
of their business projects, both in groups and individually.
Self-efficacy and stress management training
programmes
For individuals and businesses, I develop and run training paths aimed
at developing one’s sense of self-efficacy and the personal skills that allow
an individual to manage stress, with the aim of increasing one’s performance
and also one’s psycho-physiological wellbeing.
Development paths for management competence
I help individuals and businesses design and deploy training courses for
diversity management, I run laboratories to help individuals and companies
manage specific diversities, both inside and outside the business, and the
integration or alignment of corporate models and leadership styles. I second
individuals and companies in certification courses for intercultural and
diversity management (gender, sexual orientation, social responsibility, etc.)
