Assessment and Development Center
I run individual and group assessment and development centres, starting by
defining management skill models in conjunction with the client.
Assessment and development centre sessions include self-evaluation tools, interviews with the line manager, online tests, group exercises, individual in-basket exercises, interviews with candidates, assessment and sharing of development paths. Following the observation phases, an individual profile is compiled highlighting achievements and areas of improvement compared to the defined path; this is subsequently fed back to the candidate and their line manager. During the feedback meeting, the candidate is involved in defining a professional development path. In group assessment and development centres, individual evaluations are completed within the employee population, and development tools and activities are defined, both for individuals and the Group. |
